Terms of Service — ResolvIP

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the ResolvIP API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Service to:

Facilitate harassment, stalking, or surveillance of individuals.
Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or quotas.
Resell or redistribute raw API responses without adding significant value.

3. API keys

Your API key is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all usage that occurs under your key. If you believe your key has been compromised, contact us immediately.

4. Rate limits and quotas

Each tier is subject to daily lookup quotas as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend keys that exceed fair-use thresholds or abuse the Service.

5. Data accuracy

IP intelligence data is provided on an "as-is" basis. Geolocation, ASN, and threat data may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not use this Service as the sole basis for decisions affecting individuals.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResolvIP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
